Looking for Methods to Check and Claim Discord Usernames (PAYING $,$$$)

Hello,
I am looking for methods related to checking and claiming Discord account usernames. I am willing to pay THOUSANDS of USD for effective methods.
Specifically, I am looking for the following:

1. A method to obtain the user IDs of specific Discord usernames when friend requests are disabled and there are no mutual servers.
   
2. A method to send practically unlimited requests per second (RPS) for checking username availability WITHOUT using proxies
   (This is confirmed to be possible and requires tokens. I am aware of Pomelo and unauthenticated API endpoints — those are not what I am looking for.)
   
3. A more accurate or efficient method for determining when a Discord username becomes available after a username change
   (Current understanding is approximately 13–16 days after the change.)
   
4. Any other methods you believe would be productive or valuable.

Well what youre asking would probably require backdoor access, my thinking only goes towards either endpoint api request or maybe ba4 for making direct http requests but both requires proxies to some extent, Or maybe you some sort of captcha
