Hello, As the title says I need to hire someone from Portugal.
Will need to have :
1. One of these banks below
2. Willing to help me (will gladly pay)
3. Have vouches or anything like that
4. Be willing to order a brand new card just for me ( Will be used on Mbway ) 100% legal
5. WIling to help if anything is wrong
6. Top up the card with balance whenever needed. ( Will pay 10 euro overpay for every deposit )
