Hi, is there any way to link a card from the USA to my PayPal account? I’m getting the message: 'The billing address provided is invalid. Please confirm the billing address associated with this card and try again.'
It’s difficult to create PayPal accounts for the USA, since there are very few temporary numbers available, they’re expensive, and in most cases the account is immediately blocked and PayPal requires submitting documents. Is there any way to bypass this?
