Like to enter giveaway

(I know @J_S is making the new giveaway system for the beta theme, and had this idea)
I had an idea, for a user to be entered into a giveaway, they have to like. That’d would make it fair and worth it for a user to give back, furthermore we could publically shame /punish a user if they don’t give the prize as the winner would be automatically listed.

Giveaway is for giving something, not for gaining things from it. I think it good as it is, if they want to like they like.
