Strips are also super cool, but they usually light only the area around themselves, and the other corners of the room remain pretty dark. It is really good for night or intimate atmosphere, but it's not suitable for any kind of work, in my opinion. Let's say strips are good but situational. And for the work atmosphere, you can try smart bulb which I already tested and I was pleased with the result. First, you can customize any color - white, yellow, red, whatever you want. Secondly, such light bulbs are really bright and illuminate well even large rooms.
