Life stuck moment

Hello, I am 17 years old and I'm from Romania. My life it's stuck at this moment, I don't know really what I need to do.


Well, I'm always dreaming of club nights, champagne and a lot of bitches but I'm actually stuck in the "hood" and in the debts and that makes me frustrating, I don't have money to hangout with my friends. I have 0$ at this moment and a debt of 300$, I tried refund ago some months on nike of 200$, the refund goes successfully but I lost all in the casino. 


I should try again refund and pay the debt, I don't know what to do,  do you have an idea?

There's people that frequent university and still find the time to find a job and hit the gym. Time is just an excuse, stop wasting time asking questions and do something. Create your own business, refunds will only get you so far.
