We're proud to announce our newest partnership with PayPal which will truly benefit everyone on Sellix.
Some of the new features are:
- Funds won't be kept on hold anymore for trusted sellers.
- You will have a better integration experience in your payment settings.
- Authorizations failed will automatically be voided (for example, if one of your customers fails to purchase a product, his money on hold will automatically be unblocked from his account in order to pay again).
- Linking your account with a PayPal partnered company increases the trust on that same account.
- Deeper implementations will follow in the future, such as accepting direct credit card payments, refunding transactions from our dashboard and more!
Please note that following the 7 days period, merchants who have not yet connected their account in the appropriate payment settings won't be able to transact with PayPal anymore.
Stay ahead of the curve and get ready for when PayPal Commerce. Be sure to follow this simple guide:
- Head over to your "Payments" settings page (https://dashboard.sellix.io/settings/shop/payments)
- Click on "Connect PayPal" to be redirected to PayPal where you'll log in and select your account type.
- Accept the terms set forth by PayPal to begin accepting payments.
- Done! Once you're connected, orders will continue to transact as normal.
