Deal was i am buying hits on my target, he claimed to have those in bulk

User tried to sell me public data/ not owned hits ( https://ibb.co/VjbwjWn )
he never sent me a checker proof to show he own those
he want to pay for a fucking sample though it was raped

I WANT TO GET MY REP FIXED, and ban him for selling me raped data and neg repping
