I was able to use this method to get TTAX 2020 Premiere activated.  It works the nuts.   I was not able to get more than one state tax using the method described.  Any help with getting more than one state would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Still worked as of 2021/Mar/07.  I found a copy of TT 2020 on TBP other public sites like Demonoid also have it.  The crack provided with it doesn't work since the program forces updates.  But the process here process works.

Hello Friends,

Last year I used this method on TT2019 and worked perfectly. I was able to file both Federal and State no problem. I just tried it on TT2020 and it works perfectly again. The line numbers change a bit, but it's essentially the same thing getting rid of that chuck of code and setting the return to false. Watch the bracket pairs, or you will get compile errors.

I got the TT2020 install files from Demonoid and the latest update as of 3/21/21 directly from Intuit.

I just downloaded TTStateCleanup.zip and I'm ready to work. Awesome tutorial, by the way, thanks. Usually, itemized deductions enable me to reduce my income tax bill, but I've been looking for other options too. I've never done this before, so I'm still learning how to use it, but your tutorial is very explicit and I also found some other posts about TurboTax, and I think I'm good. I also discovered dnsSpy-net here, and it seems to be great, so that's a great find for me, and I bet for other users too.

No it doesn't work on the Canadian Version. The Cdn version uses Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.dll instead and the activation routine isn't there
