So, this is a program going to twitch.tv/twitchcontrolsmypc2, or so I believe. I am unsure, but if it is, then GGs for you!
I will say this program was encrypted by the PETYA virus (CLICK FOR GITHUB PROJECT) (Don't run the Virus at all, its ransomware) and it is currently unusable.
If you want to try decrypting this program, be my guest. I only request that you scan the programs through https://virustotal.com before running the decrypted (Or even encrypted) program.
I highly doubt it is a virus, but I don't want shame if it is, so don't say I didn't tell you so! Just run on a VM!
There is also a README file in there if you don't wanna read this post, which is still very dumb, but ok I guess?

LMFAOOOOO, this is the guy i got the files from, lol You did make a claim of it being something else, all the while engaging in chargebacks for domains that likely resulted in the termination of your Porkbun account. Aiden/SKKRRTTcontacted the support team and personally covered the expenses for those domains. The code can be found on GitHub, but regrettably, the code on github is not mine and it is currently non-functional as I have been rewriting it to adapt to the latest Twitch API.
