Steam accounts lock very easily. Do NOT change email, do NOT contact Steam support/devs (includes refunding games through Steam support).
These things won't always lock your account but in case you do any of these things mentioned above and the account gets locked it's on YOU and I will NOT refund you.
Some of these accounts I have managed to unlock but be aware of the fact that if your account gets locked it might be gone for good (especially when buying older accounts and the original owner is unknown).
