Once you recover your account, use Authy instead of Google Auth.
You can sync it across multiple devices, computers included.

1st:- Message @Teken or @Liars about 2FA reset for main account of yours.
2nd:- use Aegis as authenticator and create a backup and save backup in external storage or cloud service. u will never lose 2FA especially if your phone stopped working or lost or something.
