Additional Information:
So Kobi wanted to buy my Checker but didn't had $260 atm so he said he will pay $50 now and then $210 in a week. He agreed on paying the full $210 Amount whether he likes the checker or not.Then he uses my checker and gets hits and stuff, checker works fine for him. Then few days later he messages me and said he can't pay me because he is leaving the community. Then he doesn't pay me the remaining $210. He has not paid me $210 and lied and scammed me. He deserves to be ban for making false promises and not paying me the remaining $210 for the Checker. Pay me back $210 as you said, Since you used the checker. Before payment you agreed on paying the money back to me if you liked the checker or not and if you made the money back or not. He has denied to pay the remaining $210. He said won't pay the remaining $210 because "leaving this community" and we agreed beforehand whatever happens he will pay $210 and he agreed.

I agreed, and i appoligized to Emanuel or cleanalts which is an owner and manager of the checker as well, when i said i was sorry i i couldnt pay he didnt replied with open scam report or i had to, on the conditions of payment or the agreement of the contract / deal. As shown on the screenshots below

The deal after I said i couldnt paid, kingrektyou agreed that if i can replace myself with a buyer and send him my email list i will be ok.

The Email List file is still uploading cause my internet in my country is worse than your macdonald wifi, pretty sure you guys can see my ip and can ip locate it.

I'm still finding a buyer for the checker.

He doesnt have to clarify that he will open a deal dispute incase you dont pay, thats obvious.

as i said on the message, on the condtions when i bought, he never clarified that if i couldnt pay he wasnt going to ask me for a replacement buyer or a 50% payment, he just stated that he will terminate my lisence if i didnt pay in 7 days. But i sped things up.

You are supposed to pay the $210 if you made the money or not. Also about the replace yourself with buyer. I said that because you didn't pay me and i thought you can get a buyer. But you didn't get me a buyer nor did you get me the emails that you promised.

After he said he will try to sell his website "kobi.pw" to get some cash quickly to pay me but he didn't sell that or pay me either.







He agreed to pay full amount if he made money or not. I took pity on him and told him he couldn't pay me back the money by replacing himself with a buyer. Who will buy the checker and pay me.

I'd like to include that on the terms that when I done the deal with Emanuel , he never said i was going to be scam reported if i couldnt pay, he only said that if i couldnt pay he will terminate my lisence, that screenshot of the terms i provided was before i purchased the checker, then on mct, he sent me a new terms which didnt include anything i said.

3:01 AM as shown on the bottom text, but that term must be much more earlier, aka before the deal.

The deal made with Emanuel was using the term he provided.
