I'm a member of the mailaccess shop and i've read all of the replies here.

Beside all these childish replies here im actually amazed that this scam report is made by luxurious. As seen in the screenshots of k3mo, he/she actually couldn't community normally forcing the staff to close the chat due to his behaviour. Now beside that i will state that not all products in the shop are HQ i've bought a few aswell, but a lot of customers have do not realise what this shop is and just buy products without reading their FAQ nor the rules.

I don't think k3mo can be placed responsible for dumb/under aged customers thinking that every mail they buy for 60 cents will give them the account they dream of.

Now about the "scamming" part, l'd like to define scamming as "stealing someones money without giving them something in return". Now a big issue that has been called out here is the replacement not containing valuable shit or whatever. I think reading the faq in the shop could be smart before buying. Staff state that replacements are done once and that the info or state of the account is random. this already clears that up

So conclusion?
Are these the best logs? Nope
Is k3mo a scammer? Absolutly not lol

I also ask kids below 13 to stay away from bussiness like this.

Additional Information: He scammed many people, doesen't give replacements and he deleted bad vouches, i have proof of everything, in the attachments(imgur) you can fully see he keeps ignoring me and other customers, when making a ticket one says to ask an other support in my case the staff member toner told me to ask k3mo for a replacement when k3mo asked me to ask toner for one, and it goes on. Im not the only one that got this happened to and more people will speak up about this. eventually lots and lots of people got banned of the discord (before getting a replacement) since we were complaining about the raped accounts and the infinite ignoring. We never forced anyone to buy and if anyone asked me what is the content of the emails I always say "random" I never promised skins or whatever kind of profits as it's totally random. if you got a 500$ worth account you won't pay me more single cent!

Yeah, K3mo`s shop Mailacces is a scam-shop, I bought accounts there and after receiving them where 80% didnt work, I made a ticket about it in their discord. After some time one of the admins replied ( Toner ) He replaced my accounts with new ones which also didnt work. I sayd this in the ticket where Toner responded we only replace accounts one time. After that I tried explaining that, I should get new ones because I just spent money on accounts that arent working. to that he responded K3mo is in charge here so if you want new ones talk to him, after trying to reach him and no response from any of the admins, the ticket got closed. I wrote in the chat what happend and my message got around 10 replies saying " Same happend to me", after this it begann an discussion about how mailacces has developed to something bad after the past weeks, and someone sayd that Toner is a bad admin, and I replied yes I agree, to that the admins banned me from the discord, and all of the messages about people saying Mailacces doesnt replace non-working accounts got deleted.

I vouch it, ive caught k3mo deleting -vouches and only keeping positive vouches also the mods are terrible and never respond etc. also i spent 20$ one time on discord 3.5$ each for discord FA with PM but all accounts were banned/termed and he wouldn't refund. also if you call him out he will either ban you or turn a blind eye and then nuke the channel
