Hello

So I saw a website where it has no shell on it , so i was wondering if it's vulnerable and easily hackable to get the database of the website or maybe not ? I don't really know the right expression for it but this is what I mean : https://prnt.sc/11psu0i

Not all website are easy to hack, this one has no shell so what you think ? even a begginer like me can hack it ? :)
