Is there a way around the whole "one account per household" on sites like Raise?

If this isnt the right spot to post this, i apologize. Been wondering about this for a while now and had to ask.

The site Raise is doing a promo right now where they give you $5 credit for using someones link. That credit makes it to where you only pay $1 for a $5 gift card.  Being the sane adult that i am, i tried to follow my own referral link and got the message "were sorry. you cannot create an account right now." All because of the one account per household thing.

I've tried clearing cookies and cache. Incognito mode. Playing with the settings on WIndscribe . No luck with any of it.

Anyone else know a way to bypass it?

VPN, Proxy, TOR, CCleaner, TMAC, RDP, VPS, etc.

Also I custom make bots that go through port 9050/9150 which anonymitzes your traffic for this specific purpose.
I don't fucking know. I guess I could post an ad here that maybe 1/1000 people would click.
