Is LuckyFish a scam website?

I deposited a small amount of dogecoin on there and when I tried to withdraw, it said I needed to verify an email first. Fair enough. So I go to verify, I enter my email into the box and click 'send'... 10 minutes pass by... nothing. 20 minutes... nothing.. an hour... nothing. I'm guessing they'll never send me a verification email in order to keep my dogecoin? Is there a support page for them or?

Personally, I haven't ever used Luckyfish, but I heard a lot of people complaining about the site not having a license and hiding its owner information.
I'm not sure if it's being advertised on Cracked, so I'm just reporting what I read on Trustpilot and Foxyrating, where it has a relevant amount of one-star reviews.
