[ Instagram Banned Help ] I Need Help With Something Urgent Regarding Instagram Guys!

Context   : 

so recently i got banned on Instagram for account integrity ( main account )
and 15 days later i made a new facebook account ( never used facebook in my life ) that also got banned for account intergrity 

Reason  :Instagram account was banned because my friend made a catfish account where inappropriate content was posted (a dick pic) and fake information was used, along with stealing someone's photos from a reel. I were logged into that account to see what my friend was doing, but you never posted anything inappropriate or violated any rules yourself on that account. Both my main Instagram account and the catfish account were banned for this activity. ( real reason )

Problem:
im unable to create new instagram or fb accounts as they also get banned within a day or two or at most 10 days, is there any way to bypass this?
many people on reddit almost 1 every 30 mins are getting banned on instagram this would help a lot if you guys could give a solutions for this issue!

Few More Questions:
1- can my whatsapp get banned? ( didnt break any whats app rules )
2- will my family members on same ip get banned? ( they didnt break any rules and are not using my device only internet )
