Infected or No?

I got this from the creator's own download link, but it just seems weird that I have TONS of fkn trouble using the tool. "Slayers Tools Downloader."

I love the idea of it as there's alot I'd use, but not only does it pickup like every possible AV, scanner, monitor, browser protection, firewall, etc. Even when I disable all those and/or allow the tool, I can't ever get a single tool successfully downloaded from it.

Any advice?

Slayers tool do have rats and miners

I know that, I just meant any that shouldn't be there. Like backdoor'd or something. 
I forgot to add I also asked because when I run in sandboxie, it runs the tool, sandboxie crypto and dcom launch or something. Shouldn't I only see the tool?

I'm on starkrdp as we speak. But I don't wanna 1. have to chance needing to reinstall it. & 2. LIke to avoid worrying at all in future if possible.
