Suggestion: Improve @Leechometer in the giveaway section
Description: While creating a giveaway you should have options to control for @Leechometer on that thread
How will the suggestion benefit the users: I think it will be useful. It just makes everything more efficient, and it checks for the requirements automatically as well as providing a new way to meet giveaway requirements. For example, you could make a checkbox for only upgraded members, giveaways for users with 200 reps or more, etc. (ALSO COULD BE USED FOR AUTO PICKING WHEN THE GIVEAWAY ENDS WITHOUT HAVING TO PRESS THE BUTTON)
