Im selling Giftcards & Premium Upgrades but it required authorization letter

Hi, I've tried to start selling giftcards and premium upgrades in an E-commerce market but it required authorization letter from atleast one company. I've told them that i purchase it in wholesale so they said get an authorized proof from which you are buying from. Can anybody help me how to create such document

if you doing it in legit ways. show them legit proof from where you buying simple.... using fake proofs will not help you for long term
