So I deposited $55 on "https://ftid.io/" it said the payment has been released and the merchant has received the amount and I even got the order code.
Funds were not updated on 16th September and I opened a ticket. Support ticket said they'll confirm and then manually update, But today is 19th September and nothing has been updated neither support replied.
If you have any contacts with the owner of ftid.io then pls help me :(
