sorry it may sound weird but i'll explain my problem my father died in an accident 2.5 months ago and he was working with someone on twitter and this person owe my dad money and i can't get it cause i can't contact him, also i didn't tell him that my father died so we can get our money, so i need any twitter account it doesn't matter how old is it i will pretend that i am my dad and talk to him to give back the money and nothing more and the problem is when i try to make twitter account twitter continues to ban my account idk so i can't make a new account so can you help me if you have an account you don't need?
