Can you guys explain how it works?

If someone come to me for buying a signature on my own profile, and send me the gif + the link to put in there, what i need to do for not broke the cio rules?

yes the second option, but got remove by staff for reason that banner in my signature as it belongs to a banner member, but so i need also prove that the signature is the signature owner?
