Hello, so i interviewed a Account Specialist and this is what they say.

This is most of the question that you peeps say.

1) Why my account is always locked?

We are always a step ahead of you, if you just made a account and you instantly link a card to it, Amazon will flag the account and when they tried to purchase something , our fraud system detected proxies, RDP, VPN and more, it will instantly get shut down and your account will be closed, if you tried to make any other account, we will know its you and we will continue deleting your account.

2) Why do i need to provide Receipts/Statement

Honestly, we will still lock your account if you provide the statement and stuff to Amazon. Amazon have a team that works closely with the banks and they could determine if its fraud or not.

3) Why Amercian Express cards gets flagged more then Visa/Mastercard?

Amazon have partnered with Amercian Express closely and we introduced the “Rewards Program”, and lots of people is taking advantage of this by using the cardholder AMEX and spent the points

4) Why we locked your account because too much refunds were made?

Lots of customers have requested for a refund, and some of them are taking advantage of this, thats why we close accounts.

He looks like a real Amazon worker, so why not?

When I first created my Amazon account to purchase a phone, my purchase got denied and my account temporarily suspended.
To this day I don't know why I wasn't allowed to purchase anything, but their 1337 hightech AI seemed to have flagged my account for fraud or something lmao.

I am sorry but no one in the modern western world would talk like this. The info is semi accurate but whoever wrote this just be theorising and actually has no links to Amazon
