I need help with icloud stuff ( will show proof of owner ship )

- I got an Iphone 5C ( lime green ) at the past i did some weird stuff cause the account got into locked for security reasons.

- I tried to contact apple support, but when send a verify message it says error ( might be my mail is icloud.com ) and security question did not work they keep saying error. 

- What should i do ? i cant do any open activation services because the price too high for me.
