I recommend changing the email or logging out.
but better change the email then and password! and be safe!

just contact support and they will help you instead of posting on forum, but you can block it if your log is saved in your browser, and if not you can just spam that email by logging to many times so it will be blocked automatically from yahoo to prevent spam...
