For the past 5 hours I have not been able to get on the site it keeps refusing. I’m currently on my phone rn so I doesn’t appear to be my IP address. Idk its really weird. Pls help papas

I had a similar issue. 
Solution for me was to use another browser.

I normally use firefox but not working with this site so now i use microsoft edge and problems are gone. maybe it works for you too
