I have located several companies that i think are worthy of note

The 2nd coolest thing about them is they simulate resistance as well as touch - so we're talking the ricochet of sword fights - or a head bouncing off of your first - or perhaps even recoil from guns and spells! 

VR free also has these really cool soles - that provide you with the haptic feedback of the in game surfaces - so that takes care of hands and bottom of feed. 

I see that bHaptics at https://www.bhaptics.com has a vestwith 40 points of contact - arms - the tops of feet and even a face cover - so that takes care of that... https://www.bhaptics.com - these guys have so much taken care of in a moderate enough fashion that i figured i might as well go with them to begin with - just for budgets sake i guess...
