I get a glitch where i cant comment on ppl post

It says : YOU CAN MAKE 0 MORE POSTS IN THIS SECTION TODAY BEFORE YOUR DAILY SECTION LIMIT IS REACHED.
TO REMOVE THE LIMIT FOR ALL SECTIONS SIMPLY UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT.

So i wait for a day. And then it still says YOU CAN MAKE 0 MORE POSTS IN THIS SECTION TODAY BEFORE YOUR DAILY SECTION LIMIT IS REACHED.
TO REMOVE THE LIMIT FOR ALL SECTIONS SIMPLY UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT.

because it still there i thinking maybe i need to wait 1 more days

But it still there i cant post any comment this is the 3rd day btw
