How to view large *.sql file data in tables ?

I have many leak databases. Most of them, folks provide in *.sql format. These are over in GBs size.
So I use hex editor to manually search for data.

But question is, how do I make it to view in table or database like in MYSQL ?
If I even try to import, it won;t, as max file upload size in xampp is 2 mb.

What normally you guys do after downloading such BIG databases ?

Well, it do have large file support like hex editor has. But problem is how do I make that big sql file in table format.
Does it support showing values as table ?

Nice database, anyway you can enable tab separation on EmEditor by selecting a separator on the toolbar (img).
To enable all possible separators, right click the toolbar and tick CSV (img). The icons from the first image should appear on the toolbar.
Looking at the .sql, the comma separator should work just fine.
