I am really facing this issue since last week. I tried making the thread and ask community members to tell me a solution but it seems like nobody knows about this.
The problem is basically that I my posts are refilled for all other sections in given time except cracking section (cracking tutorials still works though). When I try to reply, These statements pop up:

- Wait 0 hour(s) to make new ones or upgrade your account to remove this limit completely.
