How to solve this 0 hour problem?

I have been waiting for 4 days but  still I wasn't able to post on any thread i.e. reply to unlock. FIrstly, I thought that I wasn't contributing that's why it happened. So I posted 4 threads which went well  . But still I wasn't able to post  . Can anyone help me solve this issue? I need some configs!

I mean I can post on threads like thses but not on threads like Combolists, accounts, proxies etc
