My other method got patched, but I found an even easier method accessible to everyone. Not sure how many know of it already, but here it is:
1) Search "OVF Editor" on App Store. The app is advertised as a typical photo editor, but is mainly used for the very purpose of sending snaps straight from camera roll.
2) Open the app, and click "Photo | Video" button at the bottom.
3) Give all necessary permissions, and your camera roll should open. Select any photo or video. Click "choose" in the bottom.
4) I also recommend resizing your photo or video to a frame with a ghost emoji in the bottom of the app, to make it fit Snapchat's frame. Click Finish.
5) You should be redirected right to Snapchat, and a message at the top should pop up saying "Snapchat pasted from OVF Editor"
From this point on, it's just like a normal snap you freshly took. Send it to whoever you want, no links or other attachment garbage is included with it. If some attachment gets added to your photo with a future update, just drag and drop it to the bin in the bottom to delete it, or crop it out right in Snapchat. Hope this helps. The dev is pretty active and seems to be updating the app consistently.
