u use adobe photoshop to make static images then copy them into adobe after effects and edit them after thats done you render using adobe media encoder

You can hire graphics designers on sellers marketplace or try to make yourself. There's lots of tutorials on youtube. You're gonna need some tools like AfterFX and Photoshop, you can get them for free from Cracked Programs. Good Luck!
