How to make Key Authentication and HWID lock on a program?

I recently made a program, that i only want to be acessible with a unique randomly generated key. Onces that key is entered, they will have acess to the program. I also need helpwith making a hwid lock, so if the same key is entered on another HWID, access wont be granted. How do i do this?
