How to get the port from an internet connection on Chrome OS

I have something special planned and I need to find an open port of an internet connection. The only issue is that I'm on Chrome OS, and it isnt as simple as typing a code into terminal like windows or mac. Or if there is a way to DDos without a port that would also be appreciated.

To make a DDOS attack you need a open port for that ip or domain, if you on Chrome OS, like you said i recommend you to use Google Cloud Shell, it's a terminal but via Google Cloud and it's free, you only need a Google account to do it, hope i helped
