How to do hidden content on posts?

So I'm very new to the site and have been using it for a little bit over a week now. I finally want to conntribute something small that I have but when creating the post how do I add the "hidden content you must reply to view this content or upgrade your account" thing onto my post, thanks a lot boys  .
