I just wanted to throw out this is not my method. It is a public method but I just want to share it again as a update.
Step 1
Make your device on airplane mode and turn off any cellular data.
Step 2
You will have to have kik of course then you go to a chat with your victim.
Step 3
Send or spam any messages a lot of times like 100-1,000.
Step 4
Get off and turn airplane mode and turn your cellular data back on.
Step 5
Wait until you are connected and it will send all the messages at once. Depending how much messages you sent them might lag/crash the app. If you sent a lot of messages maybe even crash their phone. This method is similar to a sms bomber.
