I found a working iPhone 6, but SIM is not working in my country, how i can Activate and change the IMEI?

pretty sure some tools have this i saw it on reddit when looking at icloud unlocks r/setupapp i think
or it was to change serial number but still check it

I came across this on Reddit when perusing the iCloud Unlocks subreddit (r/setupapp), so I'm crossing my fingers that it's in one of those programs.
