How to bypass ebay card payment?

Hi, 
I have an ebay account with active card in it. But when I try to purchase something and pay it I receive this massage 
"Please check your payment details or use a different payment option"
Even when I add my own card with positive balance I receive the same message. 
"Please check your payment details or use a different payment option"

Does anyone know how to bypass this?
