Well, the title says (Of course you cannot be fully anonymous it is the internet and it is impossible just wanna know some things though)
Best anonymous browsers + plugins?
Or just the best way to stay anonymous online.

Operation Security, and the art of "Grey Man" is an ever expanding field.

Your first question should be what it is that you are trying to achieve? There can be a seemingly infinite loop of preparation if there isn't a set point.

Examples

One

Taking public transportation to go to a store, but having the transportation drop you off near the store then walking to it. Purchasing a disposable system, and wifi dongle using cash. 

Having public transportation drop you off near a local wifi hotspot, using a usb obtained in the same manner as the step above to load your preferred OS and software (having taken the time to properly inspect them for your anonymity)

Two

Alternatively, installing a VPN (Virtual Private Network) in which you route your traffic through.

Of course these examples are extremely slimmed down and made to be rudimentary and fundamental in their value, however you can hopefully grasp the point being made through them where there can be extremely different levels of anonymity one may choose to take in regards to their personal needs.
