Hello everyone. This topic is for educational purposes, and I am not responsible for potentially dangerous actions!
Let's go, firstly you can get a copy of it from github located here: github.com/quasar/Quasar/releases
Step one, go download a copy of quasar, or just figure out the settings for your rat the concepts are all the same.

Step one hit windows key and "R" at the same type then put in "cmd" to start command prompt.
Once command prompt is open type in
You have two things your default gateway which is the web portal for your router, and the other is your LAN IP or "Internal IP" for your home network.
Next now you know your local IP go to your router, if you don't know the default credentials google them. If your routers locked you're SOL.
Now head over to the advanced settings part of the router, and look for port triggering, or port forwarding.

The UI will look different for each person usually. Now make sure you forward for both UDP, and TCP. If you don't have both the items available, make two entries one for TCP the other for UDP. Heres an example for mine.

Select what port you're going to use, in my case I chose 1337 port
Save you're settings, then launch the rat client on your PC.
Now when you launch quasar for the first time you'll have to generate a certificate dont lose that shit.
Next hit "settings" or locate your port listening settings on the RAT controller.

For quasar rat just hit "start listening" you'll be prompted by windows firewall to allow the application through the firewall, MAKE SURE YOU HIT "Allow for local network" as well. If you change it up just go disable the settings, or google how to allow the program through as an exclusion.
Now click "save", and head over to "build"

You'll get a screen that looks like this, just add your dns, if you don't have dns go to duckdns.org and either sign in with twitter, or reddit.
Paste your DNS in the IP slot, make sure the port matches the port you're listening on, and click build.
Mostly reason stubs break is usually change rat settings, the stub when its run through the crypter, because the crypter binds settings to the stub when its run through, this can cause it to break. Thats literally the most common reason your stub doesnt work after crypting.
Now if you cant seem to port forward it usually means your ISP, networkadmin, or pc could be firewalling inbound connections, ports, and packets causing issues. You can usually use a reverse SSH tunnel, or a VPN with port forwarding to work around this.
Congrats you're now a RAT Pro.
What Is A RAT?
A rat (Remote Administration Tool or Remote Access Tool) is usually presented in an executable file format. It gives the creator the power to have some sort of control over a client's computer. The amount of control depends on the features of the rat client. What Can I Do With A RAT?
This depends on the features of the rat client. Usually you can stream the client's desktop, webcam, and microphone. Other common features are password recovery, system managers (processes, registry, startup, tcp/upd connections, scripting in batch or vb), client control (uninstall, disconnect, update, ect...), and message box alerting. There are more but I think you get the idea.Let's go, firstly you can get a copy of it from github located here: github.com/quasar/Quasar/releases
