Okay so I am going to try to create a little tutorial on how to completely anonymize yourself, that being said some of what will be in the guide can be considered a bit overkill.
Step 0.5:
1. Download Tails
2. Encrypt it
3. Use it for anonymous browsing
4. Exit Tails when finished browsing
Step 1: Download Oracle VM Virtual Box and install a fresh virtual machine. Now make a second one.
Step 2: Never use chrome, download firefox as soon as vm is installed. Open browser and type "about:config" without quotes, accept the security warning and type peer.media into the search bar, and turn off the peer.media tcp connections. If you leave this enabled your dns will more than likely leak.
Step 3: Buy a vpn via either crypto from a non-exchange wallet, or have someone pay for the initial vpn, I would suggest something cheap but reliable like nvpn. Download VPN files with the first VM and upload to reliable or private host (one that you can delete the file/no logs, also not a bad idea to purchase a cheap hosting plan+domain with the initial vpn/vm to host files on) Grab all the exe files needed such as firefox/openvpn/vpn files/anything else you want to use and zip the file and password it, dont forget your pass obv.
Step 3.5: Buy a cheap anonymous rdp with a burner email while using the cheap vpn.
Step 4: Open second VM and download the zip from the trusted site you hosted files from. Install everything, once you've installed vpn and connected, proceed to connecting to the rdp, after doing so you will want to go to a higher end VPN (I suggest buying a vpn for your vm & each rdp) I do not want to publicly recommend any high anonymity VPN hosts, feel free to pm if iterested but know a single vpn will be $20-25/mo
Step 5: After setting up VPN's connect to the cheap RDP and buy a better one from a different host, one you trust and is reliable, have a VPN ready to be put onto the new RDP.
Step 6: After finishing step 5 purchase a residential rdp from your new rdp.
Step 7: Once you have all the files needed on 2nd vm delete first one, along with the cheap vpn you started everything with.
Step 8: Run your VM +VPN -> RDP+VPN -> Residential RDP (can use proxies instead of rdp however dedicated residentials wont usually have a ip swap) You should be good to do whatever you want without anyone tracing back to you unless youve used info linked to yourself.
There are probably a few things I missed in this, if you notice the issue please let me know and ill edit.
My current favorite setup if trying to be anonymous: VPN on Main system -> VM + Quad VPN -> RDP + Double VPN -> Residential RDP or RDP + Double VPN & Socks5
EDIT: After a test, I noticed some vpns will only mask your ipv4 and not ipv6 causing your ipv6 to leak even if your ipv4 is vpn'd. To fix this go into your Ethernet Properties and turn off your IPV6
