How to Dump Passwords From Opera GX?

How to dump (export) passwords from opera gx without admin pasword? In stealer logs there are passwords from operagx but when im trying to view it with WebBrowserPassView from nirsoft, it doesnt show me passwords from opera gx. Anybody knows any program or method to view it, maybe a bypass to windows password or batch script, any ideas?

WebBrowserPassView isn't the most capable piece of software, but if you insist on using it:
1. Open it
2. Press F9
3. Under "Chrome Options", tick "User Data Folder"
4. Paste "C:\Users\WDAGUtilityAccount\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera GX Stable" inside the box - replace WDAGUtilityAccount with your actual Windows username
5. Press "OK", now you should see the passwords from Opera GX!
