Hi, previously i had gotten my Ebay account perma banned, and whenever i make or acquire a new account Ebay always finds a way to accociate my previous account with the new one and ban it. I have a new account ready, before I use it can you guys and girls share your knowledge on how ebay finds this out? For example if its IP by google and more, same thing for mobile. Don't hold back your knowledge thanks
