Do you guys have a good way of storing your hits? Like a searchable database or something
I'm looking for a self-hosted software to keep track of my hits. Preferably with a web-front, so I can access it on the go :-)

use telegram bot for saving ur hits so after it captures ur hits it will automatically send ur hits to bot there u can have a list of for example psn hits stored and u can use telegram search function for only psn folder or whatsoever 
there is one more option using webhooks or bots if  uget permission of dev in dickord (discord) i don't recommend this one cz i don't use dickord a lot and for making a bot u have to go through some steps its not like telelelelelelgram mother chutie happy ending bitch

I honestly just use the method stated above by @MeSvAk, however you could try to use something like Caspio (no clue if it works or not just found it online randomly).

EDIT: you could also just try something like mediafire.com or mega.nz
