within the eu, as long you are down to 5k, small consistent amounts, nobody bothers

also if you play scams not covered by chargerback policies, such as civil cases, illegal/amoral actictivities, such sex, weapons or drugs, acts of chargerback will fail

now, the problem are with highter sum of money, I have access to some pretty big corpos, I'm struggling to find a way to cashout some money without risking chargebacks 
cryptolockers and the kind are not an option, the best bet, knowing the business, would likely pose as a partner, or as the business itself and getting the payment to then cashout

Get a bank drop for yourself, and do ACH transfers... You'll get your money in the same day
