So I did a transaction with this dude in person, he paid in 2 transactions of $1000 and $500 with Friends And Family.
A couple days later he claims both of them as "unauthorized transactions."  Pepi Normally, thats the only way you can dispute with Friends and family
Then he apparently went to his bank institution and they forced PayPal to change the dispute reason of the $1000 transaction as "item not received" like bruh Pepe

Whats the best way to respond to paypal about this?

I'm thinking about writing this: "I'm not sure why the other person is doing this, there were never any goods/services involved in this. The payment was sent as Friends/Family, it was a gift payment from him to me. He claims this gift payment as he never received anything, there was no item involved. He also filed an "unauthorized transaction" dispute on the other payment, there is a major discrepancy in his claims. I believe PayPal should check the IP address and device he used to make the transaction."

Do you guys think that should be good, or should I try a different approach?

The Earl of Sandwich, John Montagu, who lived in the 1700s, reportedly invented the sandwich so he wouldn’t have to leave his gambling table to eat.
