A few days ago a retard that I sold a bot to, claimed that it wasn't as described because he didn't know how to use it but never asked me anything, he bought through shoppy so I have faith I'll win that dispute.
Now some retard arab opened a 70€ dispute as "unauth" , he sent two payments w gns, the 60€ has a "family transfer" note, it was done directly,not through shoppy or anything.
How do I win? Do I show paypal my discord conversations? I'm unsure of what to do
